Clinical Services

This program model refers to a small group of workers who are placed at a business within the community.

Also known as an enclave or work crew, this group is usually comprised of 4-6 workers.

An Instructor is placed with the work crew to provide support, supervision,
and training.

Frequently referred to as a Job Coach or Employment Training Specialist, the Instructor also promotes integration with other employees, ensures production and quality standards,
and encourages natural supports*.
This further promotes independence and often leads to Individual Supported Employment.

*Natural supports are supports that occur between our workers and other employees at the business.
