Clinical Services

This program model is designed for those individuals who have more independent job skills but who can benefit from some limited and ongoing supports.

Supports include:  skill and interest assessments, job seeking support, short-term one-to-one training,
and weekly follow-along and support.

The Instructor plays the same, though less frequent role of supporting the worker, promoting integration with the other employees, and encouraging natural supports.

Over time, supports are faded out leading to greater independence and often to
Competitive Employment.
