We help people obtain and maintain employment by providing resume, application, interview and job search assistance. We also provide employment counseling, on-the-job training, and follow up services.

Individualized Employment: For individuals who prefer a unique approach to meet their specific and individual interests, FAVARH provides community job placement and follow up support. This may also include complimentary supports such as volunteer work opportunities, pre-vocational activities, other alternatives to employment, and extended day options including Independence Academy. Group Employment: For individuals who need or prefer to work with a small group of workers supported by a Crew Manager or Job Coach, FAVARH provides group employment opportunities at local businesses and within our Products & Services. This may be combined with separate days of Alternatives to Employment and extended day options including Independence Academy.
