Supportive Housing

Favarh Supportive Housing

Favarh's supportive housing projects stand out for emphasis on inclusivity, independence, and innovation. Unlike traditional housing models, our developments are designed to integrate individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) into vibrant, diverse communities where they live alongside neighbors without disabilities.

Each apartment features state-of-the-art ADA+ accommodations and smart-home technology tailored to the unique needs of our residents, fostering greater autonomy and convenience. Additionally, on-site support ensures that tenants have access to assistance when needed, creating a secure and empowering living environment. These features, combined with our commitment to collaboration and community engagement, make Favarh's housing solutions truly groundbreaking.

These projects are the result of collaborations with partners Regan Development, Sager Development, and The Metro Realty Group aiming to create inclusive communities where individuals with IDD can thrive. Additional support received from Connecticut Department of Disability Services, Connecticut Department of Housing, and Connecticut Housing Finance Authority.
